Matt Tobeck is a member of the firm’s litigation team and has broad experience having practiced in legal fields spanning from firearm restoration of rights, probate and estate planning, constitutional law, labor and employment law, construction and lien law, and business law.
Mr. Tobeck moved to Boise, Idaho, where he attended law school at Concordia University School of Law. While at Concordia, Mr. Tobeck was on the Dean’s list, graduating in the top one-third of his class. He served both as an Editor on Concordia’s Law Review and as the Vice-President of Concordia’s Federalist Society chapter. While at Concordia, Mr. Tobeck was also honored as the recipient of the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in both his Professional Responsibility and Administrative law classes.
Mr. Tobeck grew up mostly on the East Coast and in the upper Midwest of the United States. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Martin Luther College in New Ulm, Minnesota, where he majored in theology and foreign languages.
In his spare time, Mr. Tobeck enjoys studying Constitutional Law, American History, gardening, providing pro bono work for Alliance Defending Freedom, and attending his local church. Mr. Tobeck lives in South Boise with his wife, and three children.
Mr. Tobeck is admitted to practice in both Idaho and Utah.
