Jerrod Horn is a paralegal with Garrett Richardson, where he assists clients across a broad range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, complex business transactions, complex commercial litigation, medical malpractice, trusts and estates, and related legal issues.
Mr. Horn earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Washington State University and his MBA from the University of Washington. Before joining Garrett Richardson, he held senior financial analyst and finance manager roles with two publicly traded companies, including one listed on the Fortune 500. In those roles, he developed complex financial models, supported profitability initiatives, and helped advance business objectives through practical, data-informed analysis.
He brings that analytical background to his legal work, along with firsthand insight into the challenges clients may face when navigating legal matters. His experience supporting his family through a civil matter shaped an empathetic, practical approach to helping clients pursue efficient and effective resolutions.
Outside of work, Mr. Horn enjoys spending time with his family, including his three children, as well as gardening and fishing on the Boise River.
