Amy Buchholz is a Paralegal and Legal Assistant at Garrett Richardson, PLLC. Ms. Buchholz attended Boise State University, where she also ran cross country. Ms. Buchholz began her career at Brassey, Wetherell, Crawford & Garrett, L.L.P. in 2006. Since then, she has worked at Hepworth, Janis & Kluksdal, and subsequently at Clark Wardle LLP.

Ms. Buchholz has experience assisting with many types of cases including Insurance Defense, Medical Malpractice Defense, Personal Injury, Criminal Defense, and resolving Estate issues.

Ms. Buchholz is heavily involved in day-to-day litigation practices, document procurement, data collection, analyses of legal issues, and trial preparations. As such, Ms. Buchholz’s duties include supporting the several facets of litigation including drafting pleadings, discovery, factual investigation, legal research, file management, and trial preparation.
