Freddy Wheeler is a trusted attorney for business owners and has a background that makes him uniquely valuable for advising construction businesses. At age 23, Mr. Wheeler started a construction business while attending Brigham Young University where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction and Facilities Management. Since that time, he has constructed multimillion dollar custom homes, complex hillside residences, and multifamily projects. An entrepreneur at heart, Mr. Wheeler also started a pest control business and a real estate development business all before graduating from J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University.

While running his construction business, Mr. Wheeler realized there was a need for attorneys with a deep understanding of the construction industry. Many construction professionals commit to million-dollar contracts without ever realizing the risks or even how the contract works. Later, when the contracts fall apart, many companies have no idea what their options are for recourse and lose hundreds of thousands of dollars. Mr. Wheeler wanted to help change this, and that helped drive his decision to attend law school.

Mr. Wheeler uses his industry expertise and legal background to save businesses time and money. His unique background allows him to assess risks and provide industry-specific insight to how certain issues may play out. Whether advising on contract terms, general negotiations, or protecting a client when things go south, Mr. Wheeler provides real value and essential guidance for his clients.

Aside from his passion for business and entrepreneurship, Mr. Wheeler enjoys riding horses with his wife and kids. During the summer, he and his family spend time camping and going to local rodeos. As an active member of his church, Mr. Wheeler volunteers many hours to teaching youth in his community. Additionally, Mr. Wheeler is a member of the Kuna School Board.
