She also practices environmental law litigation and regularly acts as corporate counsel advising on environmental compliance issues. Ms. Gardiner is a respected and trusted advocate with a focus on business formation, reorganization, complex acquisitions, problem solving and crisis management for businesses, and creative ongoing business solutions.

Ms. Gardiner graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and a minor in Organizational Communication and a second minor in Modern Standard Arabic. During her time at Northern Arizona (“NAU”), Ms. Gardiner was an active member in Blue Key Honors Society in which she committed to volunteering every weekend, which fostered her love of serving her community. She was also an active member of the NAU Honors Society. In her junior year at NAU, Ms. Gardiner had the “ah-ha” moment and became driven to become a lawyer so that she could “level-up” the type of services that she could provide to those in need. Understanding that she would need to take the Law School entry test known as the LSAT during her study abroad in Morocco, she identified foreign locations to take the LSAT. As such, during her first time outside of the United States, she traveled alone from Morocco to Spain. If you ask her about that experience, it was a wild ride that tested her resilience, determination, and flexibility.

Ms. Gardiner subsequently packed up her car and made the drive from her hometown in Southern Arizona to Boise, Idaho, in order to continue her dream of becoming a lawyer. She attended Concordia University School of Law until she transferred to the University of Idaho College of Law. In law school, Ms. Gardiner was active both inside and outside of the classroom. She received the CALI Award, given to the student with the highest grade in the class, in Agricultural Law. Outside of the classroom while at Concordia University School of Law, she was an active member of the Women’s Law Society wherein she held the position of Vice President. She was also an active member of “Running from the Law,” a fitness group that regularly met to run and engage in healthy activities, of which she held the position of President. In order to fulfill her love of serving her community, Ms. Gardiner actively participated in pro bono opportunities such as interning at Jesse Tree of Idaho and Idaho Legal Aid, as well as participating in legal clinics including, but not limited to, the International Rescue Committee and the Idaho Military Legal Alliance.

At the end of law school and continuing after law school, Ms. Gardiner worked as a legal assistant for Runft Dindinger Kohler, PLLC, where she managed case details, conducted legal research, and produced office memorandums for areas of the law such as Family Law, Criminal Law, Trusts and Estates, and Business Law. Thereafter, Ms. Gardiner became Associate General Counsel for a private waste facility in Southwest Idaho. During her time with the private waste facility, she regularly advised the executive board, engaged outside counsel, negotiated agreements, managed regulatory matters, and provided cross-industry communication on behalf of the company. She gained fast-pace, invaluable experience in business transactions, regulatory compliance, and environmental law.

Ms. Gardiner enjoys spending her free time fishing, hiking, and enjoying the outdoors with her husband and their Olde English Bulldogge. Ms. Gardiner grew up in the countryside surrounded by farm animals. When she moved to the city, she did not want to lose the joy of being surrounded by animals; thus, she and her husband are proud owners of animals such as snakes, fish, frogs, cats, shrimp, and of course their dog.
