Brenton Anderson is a trusted problem solver with a business background. Mr. Anderson graduated from Brigham Young University – Idaho with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, with an emphasis in marketing. In 2011, Mr. Anderson began working for Southwest Airlines in Dallas, Texas, where he worked on enterprise marketing and technology projects involving customer communications over five years.

Mr. Anderson moved to Boise, Idaho to attend law school at Concordia University School of Law in 2016. Throughout law school, Mr. Anderson gained experience in Data Privacy, Information Governance, and Compliance while working as a legal researcher at Zasio Enterprises, which specializes in records management software. In addition, Mr. Anderson assisted clients in court while volunteering in the law school’s housing clinic. He also served as the secretary of the J. Rueben Clark Law Society as well as a representative in Concordia’s chapter of the Student Bar Association. During his time in law school, Mr. Anderson served as an associate editor of the Concordia law review.

Mr. Anderson joined Garrett Richardson, PLLC in 2020 and has a general litigation practice, including insurance defense, complex commercial litigation, data privacy and security, regulatory and compliance, and business law and litigation.

Mr. Anderson is a Certified Information Privacy Professional. As such, he works on complicated data privacy and security issues for large institutional clients. In addition, his adept skills in problem solving, communication, and navigating the legal, technical, and regulatory arenas are utilized by clients in many different industries.

Mr. Anderson enjoys playing sports, spending time outdoors, and engaging in activities with his family and friends.
